Experience and Expertise

Eleftheria holds a Master’s Degree in Literature
(Major: Children’s Literature), with scholarship granted by the Greek State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.), a Bachelor's on Translation, Interpretation, and International Studies from the Université Strasbourg II - Marc Bloch, and a Bachelor's on French Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.

She speaks Greek (mother tongue), English, French and Italian.

Eleftheria has seen various aspects of the Translation and Localization Industry, as she has worked as Interpreter and Section Manager, as Translator and Editor, as Project Manager and as Vendor Manager.

We provide localization and translation advisory services to LSPs of all sizes, seeking to outsource their Vendor Management.

How We Do It

Forecasting: Based on existing or previous requests, we identify current needs and predict future ones. We categorize and quantify the requirements, set priorities, and allocate budgets per language pair and specialization.

Identification of potential external collaborators.

Communication with potential external collaborators.

Evaluation through testing.

In case of a positive outcome, negotiations on rates and availability are conducted. Necessary documents (NDA, GDPR, contract) are sent to the new vendors for completion and signature.

Registration of new vendors in the database in a way that allows PMs to easily locate them, based on criteria such as language pair, specialization, rates, native language, country of residence, or a combination of these.

Weekly updates are sent to the PM team, regarding new additions to the external collaborators.
